Where is my data stored?

Weight records, notes, height, and target weight remain on your device. The app has no account, backend server, or cloud sync.

How do I export my records?

Open Settings and choose Export CSV. You can then save or share the exported file with the iOS share sheet.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings, choose Clear All Data, and confirm. Uninstalling the app also removes its locally stored data.

Light Body Diary is a tracking and reflection tool. BMI and trends do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.
